Kombucha Kamp set up shop for the kids with a Scoby Petting Zoo. What is it you ask? Let&#8217;s find out&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kombucha is fermented tea. You take a pot of sweet tea and add a starter culture to it like we would sourdough bread or yogurt and it eats the sugar and turns it into healthy acids. The name of the culture is &#8220;scoby&#8221;. Scoby stands for symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, not to be confused with Scooby \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kombucha is loaded with a slew of healthy benefits, including a healthy gut, but who knew it has so many additional uses. You&#8217;ll be surprised.
