It keeps food color and flavor, will not taint food with a metallic taste, lead-free, non-toxic, anti-bacterial, and never rusts.<br>Tiffany Paige of Green With Tiffany has Chef George show us GoJassn Advanced Ceramic Knives at the Green Festival in Los Angeles. It&#8217;s very sharp, lasts longer, slices &amp; dices with ease.
